In 1985 the Richmond Community Services Centre Society was formed and set about the task of raising the capital funds to build Richmond Caring Place. With the support of business, government and the people of Richmond, that task was completed in 1994. At that time, Richmond Caring Place Society (RCPS) was formed.
The Richmond Caring Place is a purpose-built facility, that provides managed office space for charitable organizations. Our model is one of the first of its’ kind in North America, and other groups have traveled from far and wide to see how our operation is run.
Directions: Richmond Caring Place is located on the South-East corner of Granville Avenue and Minoru Boulevard just across from Richmond School Board offices and City Hall and next to Brighouse Park.
